Don’t Be Stupid When Caring For Topless Sandals!

by Grant Bearden

These instructions can be very useful; MyCoolFeet.com sends you an instruction sheet with every topless sandal order or it can be viewed on their website. If you follow them it may help your topless sandals last longer! So here are some things to keep in mind about the sandals.

If you have worn the sandals several times and the adhesive doesn’t seem to hold as well, then it is time to reactivate them. This is done simply by scrubbing them with soap and water and letting them air dry. It is important to make sure that you do not scrub too hard. This can damage the adhesive on the sandals. If you do not have enough time to let the sandals air dry you can use a hair dryer.

When you first get the shoes, they will have a plastic covering that must be removed before use. Save them because they can be used to protect the shoes for storage in your closet, car or suitcase for vacation. This plastic film will keep them from sticking to other things. Saran wraps and wax papers will only damage the sandals so do not use anything else to protect them.

Do not stick the shoes face to face! Sticking the sandals that way can permanently damage the sandals! If they do get stuck face to face, put them under running water with soap and gently work them apart!

Using alcohol on your feet prior to putting on the Topless Sandal can help if you have sweaty feet or if you have difficulty keeping them on, but of course making sure your feet and sandals are clean and dry will be necessary.

It is not a good idea to wear them when you know there will be heavy rain because water can cause them to come loose. Walking in the due will be fine, or just slight rain should be fine.

If you are around a pool try dipping the sandals in the pool water, the chlorine causes the adhesive to stick even better! Wear them inside the pool. When they come off, place them in the sun to dry. When you get out of the pool water, you must dry off thoroughly before you step on the shoe. Any dripping water from your swim suit can prevent the shoe from staying on.

The shoe will take the shape of your foot. It is normal for the adhesive on the shoe to bead up in pressure point places on the Topless Sandal. This does not affect the stickiness of the sandal, or how well it stays on. Animals do love to chew this product, so please keep your shoes out of the reach of cats and dogs.

If you comply with the above instructions, it will improve the lifespan of your sandals and your enjoyment. For more information about this great product, go to www.mycoolfeet.com. Topless Sandals Are So Fun, I Want To Cry

by Grant Bearden

Sandals and flip-flops have always been my native shoe, but last summer I stumbled upon a new breed of sandals called ‘Topless Sandals’ and just as their name implies, there is no top to the shoe. How do they work you may ask they STICK to the bottom of your feet! This is remarkably a cool shoe and I am surprised at how great they feel. Just think, no more straps, tan lines or thongs between the toes.

When I wear them in public, I always have several people come up to me and ask how they stay on, and I can’t tell you how many people look straight at my feet, but do not have the courage to ask. I just love all the attention!

A good friend of my brothers had an accident with a pressure washer that cut the top of his foot requiring many stitches. The pain prevented him from wearing shoes of any kind, so my brother bought a pair of the Topless Sandals for him. He was able to walk without pain and go anywhere after that. The invention of these shoes is a medical breakthrough! I think I’ll call my local podiatrist and inform her of this product.

The shoes have a one year replacement guarantee and come in multiple colors and patterns, which doesn’t really matter because your foot is covering the whole sandal. The “Topless Sandals” can be worn many times before you must wash them, but at some point the glue does need to be reactivated. All you have to do to reactivate your sandals is scrub the dirt off with soap and water and let them air dry. In a in a hurry? No problem, just use a blow dryer for fast drying power!

I saved the protective coverings when I purchased them because they come in handy when traveling since the shoes can stick to things. I was careful with my Topless Sandals to keep my foot centered well on the sole. I have found that the longer you wear the sandals the more comfortable they get, because they start to form to the unique shape of your foot.

A couple of things I have discovered about the sandals are that your feet must be clean and dry and so should the sandals. To get a good stick, you can try rubbing your feet with alcohol. Also, you should not stick the sandals face to face, for it might rip the adhesive from both sandals. If you have a pool, try dipping the sandals in the pool water, the chlorine causes the adhesive to stick even better once the shoe has dried in the sun.

If you love going barefoot, but prefer to protect your feet, try these cool Topless Sandals. I got my Topless Sandals from mycoolfeet.com. Mycoolfeet.com has the best prices available including shipping cost. I bought a pair for my whole family and we all enjoy them. Check out these cool sticky shoes and “go topless!”
